Objective:
New construction of an industrial administration building with an exemplary energy concept in which wind power, PV and geothermal energy are used to generate more energy for the building than it needs for ongoing operations.
The target for this project was to follow sustainability rules for green building and get the certification of the green building standard LEED.

Solution:
Intechnica´s duty was to accompany all included organisations, planners suppliers and builders and prepare all documents to fulfill the requirements for the planned “platin” standard (Werner & Mertz) of LEED certification, which we have transmitted to the LEED council in Washington. As a result of following sustainable aspects within the construction and the building process the result also was an enormous economical value for the renting out companies as well an added value for the building for the owner himself.
