Requests for information can be made to the certification body using the contact form on the INTECHNICA CERT GmbH website or by telephone or in writing.
The certification body shall verify the responsibility and the reference to the verification activities of INTECHNICA CERT GmbH and, if justified and permissible, shall provide the following information on request, taking into account data protection, confidentiality and the conditions of approval and accreditation:
1. status of a granted certification / validation / verification
2. names, relevant normative documents, scope and geographical location of a specific certified/validated/verified client
3. geographical areas in which INTECHNICA CERT GmbH is active

If the inquiry is not applicable or permissible, the inquirer will be informed accordingly.
